Delete from the app
Account deletion works the same on iOS and Android:
- Open the Unskip app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete everything.
What happens when you delete
Your account and the data linked to it — activity history, daily goals, streaks, milestones, and settings — are deleted or de-identified. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some records may be kept where the law requires it, such as purchase and accounting records, and they are removed when no longer required.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your store account before or after deleting:
Can't access the app?
If you can no longer open the app or sign in, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, or with enough detail for us to verify it, and we will delete the account for you.
