Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Now You See Me Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17077302), which operates UNSKIP. They govern your use of the UNSKIP mobile app and website (together, the "service"). By using UNSKIP, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country, and legally able to agree to these terms. You can use UNSKIP as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for your account, your device, and activity under your account, and any information you provide must be accurate. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.
Health disclaimer
UNSKIP is a habit and activity-tracking tool, not a medical device or medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing your activity, particularly if you have an injury, illness, disability, or other health concern. Stop and seek help if activity causes pain or concerning symptoms.
Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, trial terms, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are displayed by the relevant store and governed by its rules. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before renewal. Deleting your UNSKIP account does not cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it where prohibited, submit fraudulent purchase or activity data, or use it in violation of law or another person's rights.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of UNSKIP. Features that depend on a device, health platform, app store, or network may be unavailable or inaccurate. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual property
UNSKIP and its software, design, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, UNSKIP is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using UNSKIP and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or restrict access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where we are required to by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in, and nothing in this section takes those away.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product or law changes. We will update the date above and give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
